We use a web-based customer satisfaction tool to collect customer feedback. At the completion of every project, a data survey question is emailed to the customer. The feedback across various parameters such as: Overall Satisfaction with our services, willingness to continue to do business and their perception of Butler being Best-in-Class is collected and reviewed on a regular basis for continuous process improvement.
All our functions are continuously analyzed and refined, with ongoing improvements in the areas of cost, cycle time and productivity that ultimately benefit all our customers.
