Edward M. Kopko - Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Edward M. Kopko has been the President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Butler International, Inc., since January 1987. He also serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Company's operating subsidiaries including Butler Technology, Butler Telecom, and previously Butler Aviation.

Butler International is a leading, worldwide provider of technical and technology services, helping companies in the aircraft, aerospace, defense, telecommunications, and financial services industries address business changes seamlessly. Through 3,800 employees, Butler serves industry-leading clients worldwide, including BellSouth, Boeing, Caterpillar, Citigroup, Los Alamos National Laboratories, Merrill Lynch, Nortel Networks, Northrop Grumman, United Technologies, Lockheed, Verizon and many others.

Mr. Kopko is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of CE Group and Chief Executive magazine. of which he is also Publisher. Chief Executive magazine is a leading publication that has been devoted to publishing articles on strategy and issues for Chief Executives for over 27 years.

He holds a B.A. degree in economics from the University of Connecticut, an M.A. in economics from Columbia University.

Jim Beckley - Senior Vice President - Aerospace/Aircraft

Jim Beckley is Senior Vice President of Butler's Aerospace/Aircraft Industry Group. Jim is responsible for all aspects of Butler's Aerospace/Aircraft clients. He is responsible for all existing customers, business development and profitability within the group.

Jim joined Butler in December of 1990 as the Northwest Regional Vice President. During his tenure at Butler, Jim has held a series of positions increasing in responsibility. Jim became the Division Vice President for Butler's technical services business when the Project Engineering and Contract Technical Services divisions were combined in January of 1999, and became Senior Vice President in March of 2004.

Jim has served as a member of the Board of Directors for Butler Technical Services India Private Limited, since its inception in 2000. He also serves as a member of the Dean's Executive Council at the College of Technology at Purdue University.

Jim has a 30 year history in the Engineering Outsourcing Industry, having held a variety of leadership positions prior to joining Butler. He received a BA in Public Administration from California State University, Chico.

George Georgiou - Senior Vice President - Communications

George Georgiou as Senior Vice President of Butler's Communications Industry Group, George is responsible for setting and executing the strategy to ensure ongoing growth of clients and revenues. He is responsible for all existing customers, business development and profitability within the group.

George joined Butler in August 2005 as Vice President of Sales and was promoted to Senior Vice President in November 2006. George has a 23-year track record of leading professional and customer centric sales organizations. He has served in the telecommunications industry his entire career, and has held senior sales and sales management positions with Sprint, Harris Corporation, 2Wire and Intelis.

George holds a National Diploma in Business Administration from Hammersmith and West London College. He has also completed a General Management and Executive Development program at the Wharton School of Business. George currently serves as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Make A Wish Foundation of Georgia and Alabama.

Mike McHugh - Senior Vice President - Federal/Defense & Commercial

Mike McHugh has recently rejoined Butler International as Senior Vice President of both the Federal/Defense and Commercial Industry Groups where he will focus on business growth in both groups. Mike leads the groups from our Washington, DC office. Before joining Butler International, Mike served as Vice President Defense Group for BAE Systems based in Herndon, VA. Mike directed an organization of 800 employees and contractors generating over $130M in annual revenue.

Mike entered Federal Civil Service in 1987 as Interim Deputy Branch Chief, Space Station Freedom Program Office, NASA. At NASA he was responsible for defining telecommunication services and operations of the information systems for the Level II Space Station. In 1989 Mike joined I-NET and spent the next 10 years developing and delivering a wide range of IT solutions for DOD, federal civilian agencies and commercial organizations. In 1998 Mike joined Butler International as Sr. Vice President of the Technology Solutions Division. During his next five years at Butler International, Mike managed all areas of business operations and delivered technical solutions primarily to the financial, pharmaceutical and energy sectors. In 2003, Mike joined DigitalNet (acquired by BAE in 2004) where he served as Vice President Defense Group.

Mike holds a bachelors degree in Management Information Systems from Old Dominion University.

Praveen Reddy - Senior Vice President - Manufacturing

Praveen Reddy is Senior Vice President of the Manufacturing Industry Group. As the leader of this group, Praveen is focused on strategy development, client growth and business development.

Praveen began his career with Butler in 1994 and set-up Butler's International operation Hyderabad, India in 2001.

He has been a Butler employee for 10 years-having opened and managed 4 design centers for Butler in Illinois and Indiana, before assuming his current responsibilities in Hyderabad, India.

Praveen holds a Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois and is fluent in U.S. and Indian business practices.

Mark Koscinski - Senior Vice President - Chief Financial Officer

Mark Koscinski (CPA, MBA) is Butler's Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Butler he was a Principal in charge of Financial Accounting and Advisory Services at SolomonEdwards Group, LLC. His experience prior to that included Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Pressman Toy Corporation, a privately held manufacturer and distributor of board games. In this role, he reorganized the financial and sales administration structure to support 100% sales growth in one year, implemented SAP (including MRP) and assessed various vendors and constructed the ROI model.

Prior to Pressman, Mr. Koscinski was the Senior Vice President - Finance for Pure World, Inc. and Kent Financial Services, Inc. where he was responsible for the full range of financial operations activities including; consolidated financial reporting, cost accounting, payroll, tax management, budgeting, purchasing, human resources and facilities management.

Mr. Koscinski received his BA and MBA from Rutgers University and is a doctoral candidate at Drew University.

Bob O'Flynn - Senior Vice President - Global Service Delivery

Bob O'Flynn is responsible for Butler International's global delivery services. His responsibilities include delivering technology services to multinational organizations around the globe. Technology services under Bob's leadership include Engineering, Installation and Maintenance and Technology.

Bob joined Butler International in 1999 as Regional Solutions Manager. He has served in a number of roles at Butler including Regional Sales Director, and Vice President of Technology Solutions leading to his current position as Senior Vice President - Global Service Delivery.

Bob began his career in Information Technology as Data Processing Manager for a national insurance company. Prior to joining Butler, he was Director of Sales for Wang Laboratories (Eastern Region). Bob attended Union County College.

Richard Paras - Vice President - Legal

Mr. Paras has 18 years experience of planning, research, negotiation, conflict resolution, and legal counsel in diverse corporate environment. Awarded a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the New York Law School, Magna Cum Laude-Class rank 3/56. Recipient John Ben Snow Scholarship based on Academic Merit. Legal expertise is supported by a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Brooklyn College. Richard has enhanced his academic and professional skills with additional training in human resource management issues, negotiations, contract management, risk management, negotiations, communications, business operations, marketing, and computer based business applications.

Chris Tyrell - Vice President of Technology and Recruiting Services

Chris Tyrell is responsible for Butler's Technology Service Line and Butler's Recruiting Services team. The Technology Service Line offers consulting and project based services to companies through our global delivery model utilizing onshore and offshore resources. The Recruiting Services team provides world class candidates to Butler's customers using state-of-the-art recruiting technology, well defined processes and a seasoned global recruiting force.

Chris joined Butler in 2000 as Director of Consulting Services for the Technology Solutions division. In 2005, Chris was promoted to Vice President of Information Technology, and in 2008, to Vice President of Technology and Recruiting Services.

Chris has held leadership roles with Computer Science Corporation and Getronics Enterprise Service Center (formerly Wang Global). Chris received his BBA in Computer Information Systems from Texas State University and is currently pursuing his Masters in Business at Pennsylvania State University.

Robin Uhl - Vice President - Marketing

Robin Uhl, Vice President of Marketing, has over 20 years of experience in marketing and sales management. Robin joined Butler in 1996 as the Marketing Manager for one of the divisions, but was quickly promoted to the role of Marketing Director. In 2002, Robin assumed the role of SVP Marketing, Associate Publisher for Chief Executive magazine, where she reorganized the sales team, cut costs and repositioned products. Today, as Vice President of Marketing for Butler, Robin leads a group of domestic and international marketing and creative resources, focused on marketing strategy, planning and execution, communications and website/multimedia product development. Prior to working at Butler, Robin held positions at Arthur Andersen and Dun & Bradstreet.

Jim Von Bampus - Vice President - Human Resources

Jim Von Bampus has come out of retirement to rejoin Butler International as Vice President of Human Resources. From 1994 through 2003, Jim served as SVP of Butler Fleet Services. In 2006 as a consultant to Butler, Jim began a reorganization of the human resource function to provide for more efficient and effective services to the company’s employees. As VP of Human Resources, Jim is aligning the human resource function with the vision and growth objectives of the company. During his career, Jim has served in many key human resource and executive roles such as Director of Human Resources for the Restaurant Operations Division of Burger King, VP of Human Resources for Ryder’s Dedicated Contract Carriage Division and President for Western Greyhound.
