Butler International Further Expands India Operations to Meet Increased Customer Requirements

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL . . . Butler International, Inc. (BUTL.PK) announced today that the Company has expanded its current operations in Hyderabad. Butler has taken additional space in its current complex in Banjara Hills, an upscale suburb of Hyderabad, and will be opening a new Engineering and Technology Development Center in Hyderabad. The Company also has an office in Khairatabad. In the next eighteen months the Company plans to double its presence in India from 350 to 700 employees to meet the increasing needs of its customers.

Butler offers a full menu of services and international solutions. Butler's in-house premier engineering, design, technology and support services gives customers the ability to outsource engineering design, stress analysis and legacy conversion projects in a variety of CAD platforms including CATIA, Pro/E, Unigraphics and AutoCAD software packages, analytical tools including NASTRAN, PATRAN and ANSYS and interactive product simulation applications. Butler's technology services help organizations develop, test, integrate, and maintain software, networks, and information technology systems by providing cost effective, reliable, solutions and consultants who are highly skilled in applications, development/maintenance, enterprise network design/implementation, quality assurance and test. Butler's telecommunications services include a wide array of services provided to both wireless and wireline carriers with public network infrastructure.

Butler's Managing Director of India, Praveen Reddy commented, "We are ramping up our resources, facilities, hardware and software to improve service and boost operational efficiencies. This will effectively meet the increasing needs of our customers across all of our service offerings."

Edward M. Kopko, Butler's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer will be on hand for the Company's press conference and official ribbon cutting ceremony on Thursday, September 13th.
