FORT LAUDERDALE, FL . . . Butler International, Inc. (BUTL.PK) a leading provider of TechOutsourcing services, announced today that it opened a new Engineering and Technology Development Center in Groton, CT; the Company's eighteenth such center worldwide. The new office location provides an optimum setting to service one of Butler's most important clients in the marine services space and will serve as a springboard to expand the firm's ties to local and regional resources.

The Company selected Groton based on the availability of highly qualified marine experienced engineers and designers. Marine engineers will perform project work from the new center using CATIA, AutoCAD and ShipConstructor software for projects like the LHA (Amphibious Assault Ship) and the Coast Guard National Security Cutter.

"This is an exciting next step for Butler as we expand our marine service offerings, ramp up our resources, facilities, hardware and software to add value to our clients," said Edward M. Kopko, chairman and chief executive officer of Butler International Inc.

Butler's vice president, Don Eason commented: "We are pleased to provide such qualified engineering talent to our long-term customer. Butler will be hiring more marine designers and engineers to grow our Groton operations in conjunction with our customer's needs."
