FORT LAUDERDALE, FL . . . The CEO2CEO Summit titled "Achieving Breakthrough Growth and Innovation in an Interconnected World" was held November 15, 2007 at the St. Regis in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Mr. Kopko served as moderator for the panels titled: "Corporate Reputation: What is it Really Worth?" and "The New CEO Board Dynamic: What's Different; What Isn't and What CEO's Need to Know to be Effective in the New Governance Environment."
