Butler International is currently developing partnership arrangements with other technical/professional consulting companies. With 50 offices nationwide and over 1600 client companies, Butler provides its partners with a unique opportunity to rapidly strengthen their sales potential. If you would like to become a "supplier of choice" for Butler, please complete the application below. Answers to all questions are required.

NOTE: Please be aware that your company will be required to maintain in full force and effect during the term of this Agreement the following coverages and limits of liability with respect to its insurance:

Worker's Compensation as required by law and Employer's Liability in the amounts of $1,000,000 per person and per occurrence.
Comprehensive General Liability in the amounts of $1,000,000 per person and per occurrence and $1,000,000 per occurrence for property damage. The coverage shall include an endorsement evidencing contractual liability coverage.
Professional Liability/EDP Errors and Omissions insurance in the amount of $1,000,000 per claim. The coverage shall include an endorsement evidencing contractual liability coverage and shall be maintained during the term of this agreement and for a period of six years thereafter. Such insurance will provide an effective date no later than the date of this agreement.
