Value Proposition

The Butler Fleet Services Team is dedicated to providing the best VALUE possible.

Below is a partial list of the items that are all included in the rate structure:

PAYROLL

Processing of Weekly Payroll and all associated administrative Functions: payroll taxes / W-2’s / I-9’s / Direct Deposit / etc.

BENEFITS

Includes vacation, holidays, health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; 401(k); group Legal; Bereavement pay; discounted Homeowner’s and Auto insurance.

WORKER’s COMPENSATION

Insurance premiums, processing and follow-up on all claims, Return to Work program, and OSHA logs.

SAFETY

Complete program that includes documentation of monthly and on-line interactive training, lesson plans and Garage Safety Audits with a monthly Garage Safety Report Card.

RECRUITING

Internet / Newspaper Advertising, flyers, referral bonuses, phone calls, interviews, follow up w/ previous employers.  Compliance with OFCCP requirements.

SCREENING

Background check including criminal and MVR, DOT drug test and physical, driving test, all other personnel paperwork.

COVERAGE

“A-Team” employees supplement the workforce as needed to help cover for vacations, campaigns, peak workloads and emergencies (Hurricanes, floods, tornadoes, etc).

UTILIZATION

Employees are only billed for hours worked on Client’s business; NOT for hours when technician is off work.

TRAINING

Formal classroom and "hands-on" instruction, training by Butler Trainer and through OEM and other sources; ASE testing and certifications are rewarded.

UNIFORMS

set provided for each day; includes weekly cleaning.

WARRANTY

90-day / 4,000-mile coverage (whichever comes first)for work performed by Butler Techs. Parts warranty per the manufacturer. Also qualified to perform In house warranty.

COMPLIANCE

Butler’s experience and resources help us maintain all OSHA & EPA compliance for the facility and all personnel.

PARTS

Butler will maintain all necessary inventory and acquire parts locally or via national suppliers at the direction of the Client.

OUTSOURCING

Selection and coordination of vendor outsourcing; this includes phone calls, follow-up, confirming the quality of work and payment of invoices.

OPS MANUAL

Butler will develop and print a custom Operations Manual to document all agreed upon policies and procedures. This manual will then be utilized at all locations that Butler services.

QUALITY

Our quality commitment includes regular meetings with Client management to discuss local issues and / or problems and develop Corrective Action plans as deemed necessary.

MANAGEMENT

Local Account Manager schedules and supervises Technicians; conducts Post-work inspections; ensures OSHA and EPA compliance is maintained.
