In 2001 Butler created an offshore helpdesk service in Hyderabad, India. The service and facility are designed to lower the cost of delivering solutions to our clients.

Our Technical Support Center provides a variety of solutions ranging from basic trouble resolution through advanced diagnostics, testing, work-abounds and permanent solutions.

Our call coordination, scheduling and dispatch center supports all non-technical applications. 

Our helpdesk services are highly flexible and scalable in terms of staffing and hours required to meet our clients requirements.

We provide direct helpdesk access via a dedicated 800 numbers. High speed network connectivity is deployed over our MPLS cloud using secure VPN tunnels.
