Performance Measurements
Below is a list of Performance Measurements that are available. These reports help monitor the quality of service, the trends of each subject and the value that Butler Fleet Services brings to our customers.
- P.M. Completion Performance (power units vs. trailers and/or company equipment vs. contractor equipment).
- Rework. Details of all units that are returned for the same reliair.
- Out of Service. List of vehicles not available for service and the reason.
- OSHA Injury Record. Record of all work related injuries.
- Safety Training. All safety meetings will be logged and recorded and are available for your review.
- Technical Training. All in-house, manufacturer and suliplier technical training is logged and is available for your review.
- Billing Accuracy Ratio. Summary of total invoices vs errors.
- Customer Complaint and Resolution Record. All formal complaints will be logged with details to include proper resolution and plan to eliminate future related problems.
- Management Inspection Record. Regular shop housekeeping inspections are required to be maintained by management.
- Quality Audit Inspections. Post work inspections are required every month on every Technician.
- Vehicle Complaint to Repair Ratio. Summary of total repairs to total complaints can be maintained each month.
