How do I find more about Butler’s service?
The Account Executive will meet with you to get a solid understanding of your organization and the staffing needs you currently have as well as future needs. Additionally, your Account Executive can assist in defining the specification for a staffing requirement, including providing details related to skill set availability, related pricing, and the staffing option for your particular needs.
What if I'm not sure of the skill set of my contract staffing needs?
Butler assists clients in developing staffing strategies. Butler prides itself on our consultative approach to our clients needs. Our Account Executive will work with you to understand your environment and challenges to develop a customized staffing strategy.
Once you have the requirement, what is the process?
After the Account Executive receives your requirement, they will turn over the specifications to Butler’s Recruiting team to identify the candidates for you. The Account Executive will present qualified candidates for your review and coordinate interviews with the candidates you are interested in. When an offer is extended, the Account Executive will work in conjunction with Butler’s recruiting team to extend the offer, secure commitment from the candidate and start the onboard process.
Can we hire your consultants?
Yes, Butler allows our clients to hire our contract consultants. This service is available through contract and contract to perm priced hiring models.
How does Butler screen / vet its candidates?
Butler Aerospace & Defense’s technical recruiting talent has an average tenure of 10 years’ experience and has expertise in the area they recruit. Additionally, Butler has a staff of experienced management personnel with technical expertise that we utilize in the recruiting screening process.
Our screening and vetting process, depending upon client requirements the screening process may include:
• Screening Interviews – both phone and/or in person
• Technical proficiency testing via ProveIT and Technical interview with our technical experts
• Reference and background checks (Credit check, MVRs, or other screening to meet our clients’ specifications)
• Drug screening – based on client’s requirements
